d) If you are asking about a love relationship with someone, please type in your partner’s full name (from birth certificate), current name use, date of birth for a compatible check
e) Your question (maximum 3 questions)
An email will be sent to you to request for payment via Paypal or cheque or bank transfer. After receipt of your payment, the report will be sent via email or a CD (as per your request) within 2 to 3 working days (excluding Weekend and Public Holidays).
